The best food

 Soul food...




Food is the source of energy.

We need energy in our bodies to get through the day...

Our bodies require several things to survive, the most important of which are oxygen, food, and water.

These are necessities for all humans...

But the truth is that we are motivated by emotions and knowledge of what was in our thoughts......

So wisdom handled our emotions and knowledge....


How do we obtain wisdom? Where can I find it?





Motivational Videos, blogs, books, or other forms of content must engage our thoughts,

 and our minds must assimilate the information and apply it in our daily lives......

To be honest, the movies, blogs, and books that we had in our heads will be forgotten the next day...

Do you understand why? because it is not high on our priority list.....

However, we shall have a small amount of reflection on those principles... 

Which notion has the most impact on our daily lives?

Whatever we hear, read, or do in the early morning generates a vibe and produces energy, 

and that energy will last till sunset.

As a result, meditation, prayers, and workouts are best done in the morning...

Mediation----what you are taking is crucial; in meditation, focusing on breathing

 (inhaling and exhaling) just provides a respite from all your cares, anxiety, troubles, and other things...

So, if you cease breathing exercises after one or two hours, it comes back to you.....


As a result, we require hope, solutions to our issues, assistance, advice, a mentor, and peace.

So, where might we find all of these things in our everyday lives?

We cannot recruit someone who can accomplish everything on their own; 

no one possesses all of the skills required to guide you.....

So, where do we obtain it from?

I cannot offer any worldly remedies, but I can offer my experience, which is a solution.....


Wake up early according to your timetable, and thank God for giving you another day to fight.....

Thank him once more for his assistance with yesterday's battle...


PRAY----Talk to God about your plans, difficulties, fears, and other concerns.

To overcome, seek His guidance, support, grace, and forgiveness...... 

and ask him to respond in a way that you can comprehend His voice.

Read the Bible--- Open the New Testament and read three chapters....then close.....

Finish your prayer.…….. Begin your day.....


That's how I begin, and I find happiness and calm in the midst of so many troubles 

and even a massive storm.....

So I relate my experience in order to give you the same joy and tranquility that I receive from God.
